Windermere Theater in the Toyota Center

The Windermere Theater allows the Toyota Center arena to be configured specifically for shows with capacities ranging from 2,100 to 2,600. A permanently placed Broadway rig suspended from the ceiling and special theater seats allows the venue to be transformed into an intimate setting providing a first-class entertainment experience for both our patrons and artists. The Windermere Theater hosts our annual Broadway series, plus comedians and concerts. Funds from the City of Kennewick, Windermere Real Estate-Kennewick and Windermere Group One-Richland helped to create the Windermere Theater in the Toyota Center.
